Dollar General Jobs: Duties to Serve
- Checking WMS reports, dealing with WMS personnel for closing, or different WMS difficulties.
- Implementing a quality operating approach to find out solutions and make corrections, dealing with inbound or outbound managers’ problems.
- Checking the reports properly to explain regular department working levels and checking the working plan with an inbound or outbound manager.
- Preceding weekly and monthly working reviews with an inbound or outbound manager.
- Progress continuity in implementing a worker transition paying program.
- Fellows with the training department to observe newly joined employees and tracking their progression.
- Setting up a useful plant for fulfilling daily goals.
- Implementing a productivity progression plan process to find out progression regions.
- Checking quality progression and submitting the result to the inbound/outbound manager.
- Handling the activities of employees regularly.
- Provides safety and security programs in reducing employee injuries.
- Proceedings employees’ reviews yearly and expressing increased progression.
- Hiring, taking interviews, and selecting employees for working in partnership with the Human Resources Department.
- Celebrating counseling sessions and is authorized to decline employees in appropriate conditions.

- Approaching an insightful concept of inventory accounting.
- Need to have enough skill in particular inbound or outbound approaches within service centers.
- Powerful concern to detail.
